Antigang

Serge Buren leads a special police unit in Paris whose officers rely on unorthodox methods to get results, using tactics that draw criticism both from criminals and from within their own department. Their approach is put to the test when disciplined commissioner Becker takes charge and demands that the unit follow the law, threatening to disband it otherwise. At the same time, a ruthless crew of armed robbers is carrying out raids on banks and jewellery shops in the capital, striking quickly and escaping before anyone can respond. Buren and his team must find a way to stop them while their usual methods come under scrutiny.

The film is directed by Benjamin Rocher, whose earlier work was the 2010 film The Horde; he later directed The Squad: Home Run in 2023. Jean Reno plays Serge Buren, with Alban Lenoir, Caterina Murino, Oumar Diaw, Stéfi Celma and Sébastien Lalanne among the cast. The screenplay is by Tristan Schulmann, and the production was handled by M6 Films, Vertigo Films, OCS and W9, with James Richardson, Allan Niblo and Raphaël Rocher producing.

Released in August 2015, the film runs 92 minutes and blends action with drama. Its worldwide box office came to about 3 million USD, a modest return. Audiences have given it middling marks: 5.7 out of 10 from roughly 4,500 votes on IMDb, and 5.9 out of 10 from around 373 votes on TMDB.
