Diamonds

An aging former boxing champion travels with his son and grandson to Reno in search of thirteen diamonds. The grandfather believes these gems, which served as payment for a past fight, can secure his financial future and prevent him from spending his final years in a nursing home. As the three generations of men journey through Nevada, they encounter a woman named Sin Dee and her associates. The trip forces the family to confront their strained relationships and learn more about one another while navigating casinos and various adventures.

Directed by John Asher, this 1999 production was the first of four films he directed, followed by Dirty Love, Tooken, and A Love Like This.
