Sarah Clark is a pregnant woman living in an isolated home after a car accident killed her husband and left her partially deaf. While spending Christmas alone and awaiting the birth of her child, she is targeted by a mysterious stranger who breaks into her house. This intruder intends to take the unborn baby for herself, leading to a violent struggle for survival.

This horror thriller was directed by Miguel Ángel Vivas and written by Jaume Balagueró, Manu Díez, and Vivas. It is the third film in a sequence of works by Vivas, following Kidnapped and Extinction.
