The Bachelors

Following the death of his wife, Bill Ponder moves to a city with his seventeen-year-old son, Wes, to start over. As they attempt to heal from their loss, both father and son enter into new romantic relationships with two different women. While these romances initially create a distance between the two men, the challenges they face in their respective partnerships eventually lead them to rediscover their bond and learn more about themselves.

Written and directed by Kurt Voelker, this film is the second feature in his career following the 2006 movie Park. The cast is led by J.K. Simmons and Josh Wiggins, who play the father and son, alongside Julie Delpy and Odeya Rush. The production was handled by Matt Baer Films and Windowseat Entertainment in the United States.
