Antrum
Short description
Antrum is a horror film presented as a cursed production from the 1970s. The story follows a young boy and girl who travel into a mysterious forest to find a location known as the Antrum, where the devil is said to have landed after his expulsion from heaven. The children attempt to dig a hole to hell in an effort to save the soul of their deceased pet. The film incorporates a sinister backstory regarding the movie's own history, suggesting that previous screenings resulted in tragedy and death.

What's left behind the scenes
- As part of the preparation for the film, directors and screenwriters David Amito and Michael Lycine studied descriptions of demons and other diabolical spawn. A significant portion of the symbols and runes shown in the film are borrowed from the mid-17th century grimoire, "The Lesser Key of Solomon."
- The film features several Latin phrases, such as "Abyssus Abyssum Invocat," which translates as "deep calls to deep," "Facilis Descensus Averno," or "the descent to hell is easy," "Cave Hominem Unius Libri," or "beware the man of one book," and "Nihil Pretiosius Veritate," which translates as "nothing is more precious than the truth."
- When Rowan Smith's character steps ashore and begins speaking backward, he says the phrase, "I saw people in the water."
