Once There Was Brasília

An intergalactic agent named WA4 is sent to Earth in 1959 with the goal of assassinating President Juscelino Kubitschek during the inauguration of Brasília. However, a temporal error causes the agent's spacecraft to land decades later in 2016. He arrives in Ceilândia, a Black suburb of the city, during the period leading up to the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff.

This Brazilian production was written and directed by Adirley Queirós, following his 2005 film Rap, O Canto da Ceilândia. The cast features Wellington Abreu in the role of WA4, alongside Andreia Vieira, Marquim do Tropa, and Franklin Ferreira. Produced by Cinco da Norte, the film blends elements of science fiction, drama, and documentary over a runtime of 98 minutes.

The movie received a mixed response from audiences. On IMDb, it holds a rating of 4.9/10 based on 243 votes, while on TMDB, it has a slightly higher score of 5.5/10 from 12 votes.
