A young woman named Allison struggles with a traumatic past and decides to participate in an extreme horror event called Perdition. She hopes that enduring twelve hours of intense trials and nightmarish experiences will allow her to confront her fears and heal her internal wounds. However, the ordeal proves to be more shocking than she anticipated, triggering the emergence of dark secrets hidden within her own mind.
