Mia Carter and Mel Paige are lifelong best friends who built their own cosmetics business from the ground up. Mia tends to be the practical one, while Mel dreams of wealth and a glamorous life, and the company has left them deeply in debt. When Claire Luna, a powerful figure in the beauty industry, offers to pay off what they owe in exchange for a share of the business, the two accept, though Mia is wary of the offer. The arrangement puts years of friendship under strain.
