Short description

Adrian Grenier, at the time known for his role on the series Entourage, directed this documentary about Austin Visschedyk, a fourteen-year-old photographer who works the streets of Los Angeles alongside adult paparazzi. Grenier became curious about how a boy that young ended up in that world, and the film grows from that question into a broader look at celebrity culture and the public's appetite for images of famous people.

Grenier also wrote the screenplay and produced the film with Matthew Cooke and Bert Marcus, and he appears on screen as the narrator. Austin Visschedyk is the central subject. The credited cast includes 37 people, among them Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Alec Baldwin and Kevin Connolly, who appear as themselves.

The film runs 91 minutes and was released in August 2010. It is Grenier's directorial debut. On IMDb it holds a rating of 7.2 from around 2,100 votes, while on TMDB it has a 7 from 32 votes. A critics' rating of 6.7 from six reviews places it slightly below the larger IMDb audience sample, though both point to a generally favourable response.
