During a themed murder mystery event on a vintage train, a robbery attempt leads to a catastrophic derailment, sending the carriages plunging into a deep body of water. Trapped in the sinking wreckage, the survivors must choose between waiting for rescue or venturing into the dark depths. As they struggle to survive, they discover that a predatory creature inhabits the water and begins hunting them one by one.

This horror film was directed by Dale Fabrigar, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Everette Wallin and Suzanne DeLaurentiis. This project is the second of three films directed by Fabrigar, following Tape 407 and preceding A Heart Full of Hope. The movie was produced by Suzanne DeLaurentiis and features a cast including Carter Scott, Shae Smolik, Everette Wallin, Logan Coffey, Leticia LaBelle, and Brie Mattson.
