Diner

A young woman seeking employment finds herself working as a waitress in a restaurant where the clientele consists of professional assassins. Managed by a chef who is himself a former killer, the establishment becomes a dangerous environment for the employee. As she navigates this violent world and faces repeated attacks, she must struggle to find a reason to keep living.

The film was directed by Mika Ninagawa, following her previous works Sakuran and Helter Skelter. The screenplay was written by Hirohito Goto, Yoshikazu Sugiyama, and Ninagawa. The cast features Tatsuya Fujiwara, alongside 玉城蒂娜, Masataka Kubota, Kanata Hongo, Shinji Takeda, and Takumi Saitoh.
