Andrea Serrano is a struggling young writer who works in a mortuary to support himself while finishing his first novel about the Camorra. His circumstances change when a prominent film producer decides to adapt the book into a movie. However, the process becomes complicated when the assigned director creates a version of the story that threatens to ruin Andrea's career.

Directed by Fabio Resinaro, this film followed his 2016 project Mine. The screenplay was written by Resinaro and Fausto Brizzi, with Luca Barbareschi serving as producer.
