Piranhas

Set in Naples, this crime drama follows a group of fifteen-year-old boys who reject ordinary lives in favor of wealth and power. Led by Nicola, the teenagers use scooters and firearms to deal drugs and seize control of the Sanità district. Seeking designer clothes and status, they move from serving established mob bosses to attempting to lead their own criminal organization. As they climb the hierarchy of the Camorra, the group must navigate violent conflicts and the personal cost of their ambitions.

The film was directed by Claudio Giovannesi, marking his second feature following 9x10 Ninety. The screenplay was written by Roberto Saviano, Maurizio Braucci, and Giovannesi. The cast features Francesco Di Napoli in the lead role as Nicola, alongside Artem Tkachuk, Viviana Aprea, Pasquale Marotta, Ciro Pellechia, and Mattia Piano Del Balzo.
