Ainbo: Spirit of the Amazon

Ainbo: Spirit of the Amazon is an animated fantasy adventure about a girl raised in the deep Amazon rainforest. Upon discovering that her home and people are threatened by illegal mining, deforestation, and exploitation, she sets out on a quest to save her paradise. Accompanied by a tapir and an armadillo who serve as her spirit guides, she seeks help from a powerful spirit and faces a mythical creature during her journey.

The film was produced in Peru by Tunche Films and directed by Richard Claus and Jose Zelada. For Richard Claus, this project followed The Thief Lord and The Little Vampire 3D, and preceded Panda Bear in Africa. The voice cast features Lola Raie, Alejandra Gollas, Thom Hoffman, Bernardo de Paula, Dino Andrade, and Yeni Alvarez.
