Max & Me

Max & Me is an animated historical drama that centers on the relationship between an elderly man named Gunther and a rebellious youth called DJ. Through their contemporary interaction, the story of Father Max is shared to teach the teenager about the nature of sacrifice and love.

The film was directed by Donovan Cook, who previously directed Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers in 2004. The screenplay was written by Bruce Morris. The voice cast features Héctor Elizondo as Gunter, David Henrie as Dj, and Ashley Greene as Rachel. Other voice roles include Bridger Zadina as Francis Kolbe, Weronika Rosati as Mrs. Karpinski, and Kirk Thornton as Julius Kolbe.
