Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 2

Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 2 returns to Seabrook High, where zombie football player Zed and cheerleader Addison are trying to keep their school and town moving toward unity after the changes of the previous semester. Their relationship is still new when a group of mysterious werewolves arrives, unsettling the town and straining the peace that humans, zombies and the newcomers have to share. Much of the story turns on whether Zed and Addison can hold their bond together while the community around them splits again.

Paul Hoen directed the film, the fourteenth of the sixteen features he has made, following the original Z-O-M-B-I-E-S and preceding Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 3. David Light and Joseph Raso wrote the screenplay, and Mary Pantelidis produced. Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim lead a cast of twenty-one credited performers as Addison and Zed, with Chandler Kinney, Trevor Tordjman, Kylee Russell and Carla Jeffery among the supporting roles. The film runs eighty-four minutes and was released in June 2020 as a television movie made in Canada and the United States.

On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.8 from roughly 5,600 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 7.4 from a much smaller base of about 500 votes. The gap between the two reflects how differently the two audiences received it, with the smaller TMDB group responding considerably more warmly than the broader IMDb electorate.
