Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Higher Ground

A blues singer and handyman from New Orleans named Gabe Recolte was forced to evacuate his home following Hurricane Katrina. This sudden displacement left him separated from Hattie, a club owner to whom he had not yet confessed his feelings. Years later, a team of postal detectives led by Oliver O'Toole works to reunite the pair after a letter from 2005 is discovered.

Directed by Kevin Fair, this 2017 TV movie followed his 2015 film Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Impossible Dream. The production was handled by Hallmark Entertainment with a screenplay by Martha Williamson and production by Harvey Kahn. The cast features Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe, Geoff Gustafson, Keb' Mo', and Zak Santiago.
