Three college friends are blamed for money that goes missing from their fraternity's funds, and the accusation costs them their place in the house. With nowhere to live and their plans for the future at risk, Dave, Adam and Doofer settle on an unlikely solution: disguise themselves as women and move into a sorority. As Daisy, Adina and Roberta, they try to keep up the act while living among the women they have spent years objectifying, and the experience gradually changes how they see themselves and the people around them. Dave complicates matters when he develops feelings for a fellow student named Leah.
