Wrath of Man

Wrath of Man centres on a British man who takes a job as a security guard with an armoured truck company that moves large sums of cash through Los Angeles. Robberies of the company's vehicles are frequent, and during one attempted hold-up he dispatches the attackers single-handedly with skills that leave his co-workers asking who he really is. He gives no explanation, though his own reasons for joining the firm are personal and tied to a series of violent heists that appear to be connected from the inside.

Guy Ritchie directed and co-wrote the screenplay with Marn Davies and Ivan Atkinson, and also produced with Bill Block and Ivan Atkinson. It is the twelfth of the nineteen films he has directed, following Aladdin and preceding Guy Ritchie's The Covenant. Jason Statham plays the newcomer known as H, heading a credited cast of fifty-three that includes Holt McCallany, Rocci Williams, Josh Hartnett, Jeffrey Donovan and Scott Eastwood, with a credited crew of one hundred and twenty.

Released in April 2021, the film runs 119 minutes and was made for around 40 million US dollars, taking roughly 104 million worldwide. On IMDb it holds 7.1 out of 10 from about 237,000 votes, and on TMDB 7.6 out of 10 from a much smaller base of some 6,310 votes.
