The Incredible Hulk

Scientist David Banner undergoes a genetic mutation after being accidentally exposed to an excessive dose of gamma radiation. This change causes him to transform into a large, muscular green creature whenever he experiences anger or panic. While attempting to find a cure with the help of Dr. Elaina Marks, Banner becomes the target of journalist Jack McGee. Following a laboratory explosion that results in the death of Marks, McGee believes the creature is responsible for the tragedy. Unable to control his transformations or explain the truth, Banner goes on the run to seek a way to return to a normal life.

Directed and written by Kenneth Johnson, this production was the first in a series of films directed by him, followed by Short Circuit 2 and Steel.
