Radhe

Radhe is a Mumbai action thriller about a suspended police officer who is brought back for a mission to clean up the city. Young people are falling victim to widespread drug abuse, and the officer, Radhe, finds himself facing a dangerous new criminal named Rana, who is determined to take control of the city. The film's conflict centers on that confrontation between Radhe and Rana.

The film was directed by Prabhu Deva, appearing after Singh Is Bliing in his directing filmography. It was written by A. C. Mugil, Vijay Maurya and Abdul Rafay Chandio Baloch, and produced by Atul Agnihotri, Sohail Khan and Salman Khan. Salman Khan stars as Radhe, with Disha Patani as Diya Abhyankar, Randeep Hooda as Rana, Jackie Shroff as Avinash Abhyankar, Megha Akash as Nikisha and Bharath Srinivasan as Sarvesh.

Released in May 2021, the Indian production runs 135 minutes and mixes action, adventure, crime and thriller elements. It earned about 2 million dollars worldwide, a modest figure. Audience response was weak: on IMDb it holds 1.8 out of 10 from roughly 182,000 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 3.8 out of 10 from 67 votes. A critics' rating of 4 out of 10 from 11 reviews is somewhat higher than the IMDb audience score but still low.
