Blood and Money

A retired veteran hunting in the Maine backcountry discovers the body of a woman and a bag filled with money. This discovery draws the attention of a violent group of criminals who want the cash back, forcing the man into a dangerous struggle for survival within the wilderness.

This action thriller was directed by John Barr and marks the first of two films he has directed, followed by Dangerous Waters in 2023. The screenplay was written by Barr along with Alan Petherick and Mick McGrale, and the film was produced by Suza Horvat through Allagash Films.
