The Rose Maker

Eve Vernet was once a world-renowned rose breeder, but her business is now facing bankruptcy and the threat of a takeover by a powerful competitor. To save the company, her secretary, Vera, hires three inexperienced workers through a social reintegration program. Despite having no knowledge of botany, these new employees possess skills in theft and breaking and entering. Together, the mismatched group executes a daring plan to steal a precious rose from the competitor's high-security facility in an attempt to rescue the nursery.

This French comedy was directed by Pierre Pinaud, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Fadette Drouard. The film stars Catherine Frot as Eve, alongside Olivia Côte, Vincent Dedienne, and a supporting cast including Melan Omerta, Fatsah Bouyahmed, and Marie Petiot.
