Doin' Time

Duke Jarrett is sent to the John Dillinger prison, where he discovers that the facility is largely managed by the inmates themselves. The environment is chaotic and resembles a zoo, allowing the prisoners a high degree of freedom. However, this permissive atmosphere changes when a sadistic new administrator takes over.
