Following the murder of her wealthy grandfather, Alma travels to a secluded childhood cabin with her husband. Her attempt at a relaxing getaway turns into a struggle for survival as the arrival of strangers coincides with a blurring of the line between her nightmares and reality. As Alma faces increasing confusion and danger, she begins to question her own perceptions and the behavior of those around her.

This Russian horror thriller was directed by Matías Moltrasio, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Gary Lee Michaels. It is the second film directed by Moltrasio, following In the Arms of an Assassin. The movie stars Bianca Bree in the lead role of Alma, alongside Chris Veres as Eddie and Vannessa Vasquez as Sofia. Produced by Alexander Nevsky and Eric Brenner, the film has a runtime of 82 minutes.
