Cyst

Set in the 1960s, this science fiction horror comedy follows a doctor attempting to secure approval for a medical device designed to remove cysts. During a demonstration for examiners, the machine malfunctions and accidentally transforms a patient's tumor into a giant, man-eating creature. The monster begins attacking and absorbing people within the medical office, disrupting the final workday of a nurse who had already grown anxious due to previous tests with the device.

The film was directed by Tyler Russell, marking the first entry in a chronological list of his directed works before The Hem. The screenplay was written by Russell and Andy Silverman. The cast features Eva Habermann as Patricia and George Hardy as Dr. Guy, alongside Greg Sestero, Jason Douglas, Gene Jones, and Darren Ewing. A crew of 40 people is credited for the production, which was a joint effort between companies in Germany and the United States.
