Hitpig!

Hitpig! is an animated comedy about a pig who works as a bounty hunter specializing in capturing escaped animals. He is hired to retrieve Pickles, a cheerful and naive elephant, for a wealthy promoter in Las Vegas. While the pig initially intends to capture the elephant for a large reward, the two develop an unexpected bond during a global journey. Set in a futuristic cyberpunk world, the story follows how their adventure changes both characters.

The film was directed by David Feiss and Cinzia Angelini. For Feiss, this project follows his 2015 film Open Season: Scared Silly. The voice cast includes Jason Sudeikis, Lilly Singh, Rainn Wilson, Anitta, Hannah Gadsby, and RuPaul. Produced by Cinesite Animation and other companies from the United Kingdom and Canada, the movie had a budget of 45 million USD but earned 6 million USD at the worldwide box office.

Audience reception is mixed. The film has a rating of 5.3/10 on IMDb based on 1,400 votes, while it holds a higher score of 6.7/10 on TMDB from 56 votes. Film critics gave the movie a rating of 5/10 based on 23 reviews, which is slightly lower than the audience score on TMDB but similar to the rating on IMDb.
