The Fallout

The Fallout centres on Vada Cavell, a high school student whose life is upended by a tragedy at her school. In the aftermath, she forms a bond with two other students, Mia Reed and Quinton Hasland, and the three of them try to make sense of what happened while carrying on with school, family and friendships. Vada's relationships with her parents and her classmates shift, and her sense of the world around her changes as she works through the experience alongside people who shared it.

The film is a drama written and directed by Megan Park, marking her first feature as director; her later films are My Old Ass and Mom Died. Jenna Ortega plays Vada, with Maddie Ziegler as Mia, Niles Fitch as Quinton, Will Ropp as Nick Feinstein, Lumi Pollack as Amelia Cavell and John Ortiz as Carlos Cavell. It was produced by Shaun S. Sanghani, Joannie Burstein and Giulia Prenna for SSS Entertainment and Clear Horizon Entertainment.
