This comedy follows the interactions between South and North Korean soldiers stationed along the military demarcation line. The conflict begins when a winning lottery ticket worth 5.7 billion won is blown across the border by the wind. As the ticket changes hands, the soldiers from both sides attempt to secure the money, leading to a series of humorous attempts to retrieve the prize and transfer the funds.
