What's left behind the scenes

Jeon Do-yeon agreed to work with director and screenwriter Byeon Seong-hyeon when he didn’t yet have a script, so the role was written specifically for her. The actress had long wanted to participate in a project unlike her previous works.
Director Byeon Seong-hyeon visited actress Jeon Do-yeon's home, observed her interacting with her daughter, and recorded some of their lines.
Lead actress Jeon Do-yeon trained extensively to perform the fight choreography herself, with a minimum of stunt doubles.
Filming took place from December 15, 2021, to May 24, 2022.
The surname of the main character, Kil, is similar to the Korean pronunciation of the English word "kill" – "kil".
The previous film by director and screenwriter Byeon Seong-hyeon, "The Merciless," was very grounded, so in this work he strove to create a comic book atmosphere.
