Tenement

Tenement is an action crime thriller set in a South Bronx apartment building. The story centers on the conflict between the residents of the property and a violent gang of drug dealers who terrorize them. After the tenants involve the police to remove the thugs, the gang returns to seek a brutal revenge against the people who tried to evict them. The survivors eventually find themselves trapped in the attic, forced into a desperate struggle for their lives.

The film was directed by Roberta Findlay and written by Rick Marx and Joel Bender. Produced by Laurel Films, it features a credited cast of 22 people, including Joe Lynn as Sam Washington, Mina Bern as Ruth, Walter Bryant as Mr. Wesley, Corinne Chateau as Carol, Angel David as Poppo, and Martha De La Cruz as Anna.
