Christmas Is Canceled

Following the death of his wife, a father begins a romantic relationship with a woman who was a rival to his daughter, Emma, during their high school years. Determined to separate the couple, Emma attempts to sabotage the relationship so she can spend the holiday season alone with her father.

This romantic comedy was directed by Prarthana Mohan, marking the first film in her directing career before she made Picture This in 2025. The movie was produced by Lionsgate, Particular Crowd, MarVista Entertainment, and The Line Film Company, with a screenplay written by Sara Endsley. The cast features Hayley Orrantia as Emma, Dermot Mulroney as her father Jack, and Janel Parrish as the father's partner, Brandy. Other appearing actors include Michael Naizu, Mirelly Taylor, and Emilie Modaff.
