Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl

Wallace, an inventor in a northern English town, has grown increasingly reliant on his own contraptions, a habit his dog Gromit views with concern. That worry proves well founded once Wallace unveils a garden gnome designed to automate everyday chores, a device that begins acting on its own. As suspicions grow and a figure from the past appears to be directing events, Wallace finds himself blamed for a string of crimes, leaving Gromit to confront the forces behind them and clear his owner's name.

The film is directed by Nick Park, working with Merlin Crossingham, from a screenplay by Mark Burton. It continues a series of films Park has made about the characters, following A Grand Day Out, The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave, The Curse of the Were-Rabbit and A Matter of Loaf and Death. Ben Whitehead voices Wallace, with Peter Kay, Lauren Patel, Reece Shearsmith, Diane Morgan and Adjoa Andoh among the voice cast. Produced by Aardman in the United Kingdom, it runs 79 minutes.

Audiences rate the film 7.5 out of 10 on IMDb from around 41,000 votes and 7.5 out of 10 on TMDB from roughly 725 votes, while a critics' rating stands at 8.3 out of 10 from 139 reviews, notably higher than the audience scores.
