Back on the Strip

After losing the woman he loves, a man named Merlin moves to Las Vegas to pursue a career as a magician. Instead, he becomes the lead performer for a revival of The Chocolate Chips, a group of Black male strippers. Led by a broken and bankrupt man named Luther, the former dancers are now out of shape and burdened by past disputes. The group must set aside their differences and reunite to save the hotel where they once performed, while Merlin works to win back his partner using his natural talents.

Directed by Chris Spencer, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Eric Daniel, this comedy was a joint production between Canada and the United States. The film stars Spence Moore II as Merlin and Wesley Snipes as Luther, who also served as a producer. The cast includes Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Faizon Love, and JB Smoove.
