Lost Bullet 2

Lost Bullet 2 continues the story of Lino, a gifted mechanic who has cleared his name but is left with one aim: to track down the corrupt police officers responsible for killing his brother and his mentor. After the death of Charras, he and Julia take charge of a new anti-drug unit, giving him both the resources and the freedom to pursue his hunt. Driven by grief and a refusal to be diverted, Lino pushes ahead even as the fight against entrenched corruption looks unwinnable.

The film is the second feature directed by Guillaume Pierret, following Lost Bullet in 2020, and Pierret wrote the screenplay with Alban Lenoir, who again plays Lino. Stéfi Celma returns as Julia, with Pascale Arbillot, Sébastien Lalanne, Diego Martín and Jérôme Niel in supporting roles. Rémi Leautier produced the Belgian-French action crime drama.

Released in November 2022, it runs 98 minutes. Audience scores are modest and closely matched: on IMDb it holds 6.3 from around 7,100 votes, and on TMDB 6.5 from roughly 500. Both point to a sequel that satisfied much of its genre audience without standing out. A further instalment, Last Bullet, followed in 2025.
