Love According to Dalva

Twelve-year-old Dalva is abruptly removed from her father's home by authorities and placed in a care facility. Having lived in isolation and behaved like an adult, she initially feels outraged and confused by the situation. With the guidance of a social worker named Jayden and the friendship of a temperamental teenager named Samia, Dalva begins to process her past and learns how to live as a girl her own age.

This drama was written and directed by Emmanuelle Nicot and is a co-production between Belgium and France. The film stars Zelda Samson in the title role, alongside Alexis Manenti, Fanta Guirassy, and Jean-Louis Coulloc'h. The production involved a credited cast of 26 people and a crew of 40.
