Leila's Brothers

Leila is a 40-year-old woman in Iran who has spent her life supporting her parents and four brothers. Against a backdrop of economic sanctions and mounting debt, the family suffers from constant internal conflict. To improve their situation, Leila plans to open a shop with her brothers, though they struggle to secure the necessary funds. Tensions rise when their father seeks social redemption by accepting a prestigious community role that requires a large sum of money, threatening the family's stability as the patriarch's health declines.

The drama was written and directed by Saeed Roustaee, who also served as a producer alongside Javad Noruzbegi. This film follows his previous works, Life and a Day and Law of Tehran, and precedes Woman and Child. The cast features Taraneh Alidoosti in the title role, with Saeed Poursamimi, Navid Mohammadzadeh, Payman Maadi, Farhad Aslani, and Nayereh Farahani.
