The Deep Dark

Set in northern France in 1956, this horror adventure follows a group of miners tasked with escorting a professor deep underground to collect samples. When a landslide blocks their only exit, the men become trapped a thousand meters below the surface. While searching for a way out, they stumble upon an ancient crypt and accidentally wake a bloodthirsty creature that begins hunting them.

The film was written and directed by Mathieu Turi, following his previous works Hostile and Meander. The cast features Samuel Le Bihan as Roland, Amir el Kacem as Amir, and Thomas Solivérès as Louis, alongside Jean-Hugues Anglade, Marc Riso, and Bruno Sanches. Produced by Full Time Studio and Marcel Films, the movie has a runtime of 103 minutes.
