Ruthless

Ruthless is an action thriller about a high school coach who suffers the loss of his teenage daughter to murder. When one of his students is kidnapped, he is reminded of his own tragedy and decides to bypass the police to find her. His search leads him to a violent human trafficking ring, where he uses brutal methods to extract information and seek revenge against the criminals.

The film was directed by Art Camacho, who also served as a producer and co-writer alongside James Dean Simington and Javier Reyna. This project is the fifth in a chronological series of films directed by Camacho, following The Chemist and preceding The Wrecker. The movie stars Dermot Mulroney in the lead role as Harry Sumner, with Jeff Fahey, Melissa Diaz, Mauricio Mendoza, Niko Foster, and Tonantzin Esparza also appearing in the cast.
