Piv and Ulrik struggle to integrate into the social circle of parents at their daughter's new school. The couple goes to great lengths to be accepted by the other families, facing a rigid social hierarchy and dominant personalities. This conflict intensifies during an annual school trip involving both children and parents, where the pair must navigate gossip, rivalry, and various provocations to earn recognition and maintain their dignity.

This Danish comedy was directed by Paprika Steen and represents the first of two films she has directed, followed by To New Beginnings in 2025. The screenplay was written by Jakob Weiss and produced by Tomas Radoor. The ensemble cast includes Katrine Greis-Rosenthal as Piv, along with Amanda Collin, Nikolaj Lie Kaas, Lisa Loven Kongsli, Lars Brygmann, and Mikael Birkkjær.
