Lock Up

Frank Leone is a model prisoner serving time for a minor offense and is months away from release when he is transferred to a different facility. The man running it, Warden Drumgoole, holds a grudge: Leone once exposed Drumgoole's running of a previous prison, damaging his career. Now Drumgoole controls the terms of Leone's confinement and sets out to make sure the inmate never walks free, using other prisoners and harsh methods to provoke him into a escape attempt. Leone tries to keep his head down for the sake of his imminent release, but the pressure keeps building.

John Flynn directed the film, which sits between Best Seller and Out for Justice in his filmography. Sylvester Stallone plays Leone opposite Donald Sutherland as Drumgoole, with John Amos, Sonny Landham, Tom Sizemore and Frank McRae among the supporting cast.
