What's left behind the scenes
- Armond describes the guests as lotus-eaters—a reference to Ancient Greek mythology, specifically the Lotophagi, who consumed the fruit of a certain tree to induce forgetfulness.
- According to Jake Lacy, due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus epidemic, the cast stayed in the same hotel as the characters in the series and even ate in the same restaurant.
- As Steve Zahn claimed, prosthetic genitals were used in the nude scene, and a body double was used for the shot (to avoid spending time on makeup application).
