What's left behind the scenes
- In the pilot episode, The Tick wore a hooded jumpsuit. In subsequent episodes, the jumpsuit idea was scrapped to make it easier for the actor to get dressed and use the restroom.
- The Tick's footwear constantly changes, ranging from thin, form-fitting shoes for close-ups to sneakers and platform shoes that visually add height to Patrick Warburton.
- The Tick's antennae were controlled remotely. A puppeteer was specifically assigned for this purpose.
- A new costume was created for The Tick for every new episode, making it more versatile and practical.
