What's left behind the scenes

Many of Steve-O's stunts were censored by MTV because they were too extreme. They were later released on DVD under the title "Do Not Attempt This at Home: The Steve-O Video."
As soon as the show began, Johnny Knoxville sprained his ankle while attempting to jump over the Los Angeles River on rollerblades. He spent the entire first season of the show in a cast and on crutches.
