What's left behind the scenes
- A branch of the Toronto Public Library was used as the exterior for the police station in seasons 2 and 3.
- Jarent Win Davis, Catherine Disher, John Capelos, Gary Farmer, Deborah Duchesnay, and Nigel Bennett all tried reading the voice-over text before the start of each episode, and it was eventually decided to go with Bennett's voice.
