What's left behind the scenes
- During the city battle (in the fourth episode), real landscapes of the town of Oarai were shown.
- The original version of the eighth episode shown in Japan is slightly over one minute longer than the version distributed outside of Japan. A scene featuring characters from the Pravda school team performing the song 'Katyusha' was cut from the episode. There are no official comments, though some observers suggest the song was removed due to copyright issues.
