What's left behind the scenes
- The female staff members of Scarlet magazine were based on high-level employees of Cosmopolitan magazine.
- Few people knew that the character played by Dan Jenrott is named Ryan Decker, as he is almost never referred to by name.
- The main building in the series is the same one used in 'Suits' (2011-2019), which is evident from the shots of the facade and lobby, filmed from the same angles as in 'Suits'. It was filmed in Toronto.
- When the girls enter the lobby in the first episode, the actor who asks them to move along and not block the way, and then ends up in their selfie, is the same one who robs Rick Hoffman's Louis in the final episodes of 'Suits'.
