Two college students join a pharmaceutical trial for a new allergy medication to earn money for a trip. During their two-week stay at a remote facility, they discover the drug has dangerous side effects. While the medication allows wounds to heal rapidly, it also removes the users' sense of responsibility and makes them feel invincible. As the other participants lose control and create a violent environment, one student must fight to survive and rescue his friend from the clinic.

This horror thriller was directed by Eric Wostenberg and written by David Nahmod. The film features Travis Van Winkle as Greg, Tricia Helfer as Dr. Wilcox, and John Bregar as Rob Jeffries, with supporting roles played by Mircea Monroe, Rik Young, and Amara Zaragoza. Produced by Chris Chesser, Karen Glasser, and Brandon Nutt, the production was a joint effort between Canada and the United States.
