Euphoria

Euphoria is a drama and documentary that uses a dystopian New York City as a setting to examine the history of capitalism and greed. Through a series of surreal characters and animals, the film explores the effects of colonial history and unrestrained economic growth on human nature and society. It uses cinematic conventions and language as allegories for individual and social behavior.

The film was produced by Park Avenue Armory and written, produced, and directed by Julian Rosefeldt. The cast includes Giancarlo Esposito as a taxi driver, Asa Ali as a skater boy, and Robert Bronzi as a homeless man. Cate Blanchett provided the voice for a tiger, while Marley Chenette and Tia Murrell also appear in the production. The final runtime of the project is 91 minutes.
