Short description
Set in 1930s Argentina, this historical drama follows Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, a pilot for the Aéropostale airmail service. When his close friend and colleague, Henri Guillaumet, vanishes while flying through the Andes mountains, Saint-Exupéry embarks on a dangerous mission to locate him. The journey forces the pilot to confront his own limitations and rely on his imagination, an experience that later informs his writing of the book The Little Prince.
The film was directed and written by Pablo Agüero and is a joint production from France and Belgium. The cast features Louis Garrel in the title role, alongside Diane Kruger as Noëlle Guillaumet and Vincent Cassel as Henri Guillaumet.
